Switzer C M Dr

Have been trying to confirm a procedure for the past 3 days. I have called over and over during their hours of operation and cannot get through. Today (friday) i went down to their office to try and confirm it in person, the office was locked up and nobody was there, this was shortly after 1 pm. And its not a holiday so what gives. I am worried that ill lose my appointment if i cannot confirm it. Don’t know what to do here.

Dr. Switzer was great. She listened to every word I said and reassured me about the procedure.
